Where are Craft Bunny orders shipped from?

All products available for purchase are held by us in Australia. Orders are packed and dispatched directly by Craft Bunny — we do not use dropshipping or overseas warehouses to fulfil customer orders.

How much is shipping within Australia?

Standard shipping within Australia is $11. We also offer free standard shipping on Australian orders of $150 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Where tracking is included with your shipping service, you'll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
