Change of Mind Returns

Craft Bunny does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including where you have ordered the wrong item or no longer require the item. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@craftbunny.com.au with your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
