Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Within Australia
Craft Bunny currently ships Australian orders using Australia Post.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150.
Tracking
All Craft Bunny orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post's delivery network. Any estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are separate from our 1–3 business day order processing time.
Once an order has been dispatched, delays that occur within the Australia Post network may be outside our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at info@craftbunny.com.au and we will assist where we can.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@craftbunny.com.au with your order details so we can investigate the issue.
International Shipping
Craft Bunny ships to selected international destinations using Australia Post International.
International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment. Please note that international postage from Australia can be expensive.
All international orders are sent with tracking.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other charges that may apply in their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to Craft Bunny.
Free shipping over $150 applies to Australian deliveries only and does not apply to international orders.
