Shipping & Handling

At Craft Bunny, all products available for purchase are held by us in Australia. Your order is packed and dispatched directly by us — we do not use dropshipping or overseas warehouses to fulfil customer orders.

Processing time: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Australian shipping: Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $11, with free standard shipping on Australian orders of $150 or more. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are in addition to our processing time.

International shipping: We currently ship to selected international destinations. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and may also be affected by customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking: Where tracking is included with your shipping service, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
